Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

In a large Saucepan, Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, almond milk
and peanut butter over medium heat and bring to a rapid boil.
Add quick oats and vanilla. Mix well to blend all ingredients.
Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, drop onto wax paper. Allow to cool. About 1 hour.
Place into a sealed container. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
