Roast Beef - Boars Head low sodium (sliced)
Bartlett Pear - sliced
Multi-grain Fat Free Bread - Sara Lee
Lacey Swiss Cheese - Boars Head
Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
Tomato - sliced
Red Onion - sliced
Vegenaise (mayo)
Mama Carol's Grill'n Rub Seasoning
In a small bowl mix together the Vegenaise and Grill'n rub seasoning till well blended. Toast the bread in a toaster then spread your mix on both top & bottom slices of bread.
Putting the Sandwich Together
Place the one slice of bread on a plate, place on top bread your pear slices, roast beef slices, cheese and spinach, tomato & red onion. Last but not least place your top slice of toasted bread on the top of your sandwich.
